1) Overseas Business Manager
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Take the lead in exploring new overseas markets and new customers (such as direct overseas shippers, large multinational corporations, overseas peer agents), especially the development of direct customers or agents for key routes (such as US routes, European routes, Southeast Asia, Middle East, India-Pakistan, Australia-New Zealand, etc.);
2. The company provides customer development tools such as Foreign Trade Express and WCA, or you can use tools like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to develop customers;
3. Maintain existing customers and promote long-term and stable cooperative relationships between customers and the company;
4. Be responsible for the establishment, training, motivation and performance appraisal of the overseas team to improve the team's combat effectiveness and professionalism;
5. Cultivate core backbones and build a talent echelon to ensure team stability.
【Job Qualifications】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, logistics management, business English and other related majors is preferred;
2. More than 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding and shipping industry, including at least 3 years of experience in managing overseas business teams;
3. Proficient in international shipping business processes (terms such as FOB/CIF/DDP), route knowledge and freight composition.
【Salary and Benefits】
1. Basic salary + commission + team incentive model, no basic tasks, 20% commission rate; basic salary range: 10K-20K, which will be determined during the interview;

【Job Responsibilities】
1. This position is mainly responsible for developing agents and direct customers for routes such as the US, Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, India-Pakistan, Australia-New Zealand, etc. If there are large customers from the same industry, they can be developed at the same time;
2. Use online platforms (LinkedIn, INS, Foreign Trade Express, WCA, etc.) to develop tool customers;
3. Provide customers with professional freight consulting, sea freight quotations and customize professional and reasonable logistics solutions;
4. Maintain existing customers and promote long-term and stable cooperative relationships between customers and the company;
5. The company has a mature operation and business team, a mature supplier system, and advantageous internal shipping company resources.
